Join our Friends Program
Your name will appear in our concert programs as a “Friend of Concert Bells of Fort Worth” and you will be the first to hear about upcoming concerts and other events sponsored by CBFW.
Membership Levels:
Ring of Honor: $600 or more
Director’s Circle: $360 - $599
President’s Circle: $240 - $359
Premier Circle: $120 - $239
Grand Circle: $60 - $119
Contributor: up to $59
DONATE
ONe-time or recurring donation
By making a contribution, you will be added to our Friends program. You may either click on the "Zeffy" icon to donate via Zeffy.com or click on the "Donate" button to donate via PayPal.
IN-Person
You may also make a donation in person during one of our performances. Please visit our Friends table at the concert.
By-check
You may also make a donation by check. Click on the "Friends Form" button to download, print, and fill out the form. Please send the form along with your personal check to the mailable address included in the form.

In addition to being a "Friend of Concert Bells," you can also support us through North Texas Giving Day and shopping at Kroger. Details about the programs are below.

North Texas Giving Day
North Texas Giving Day falls on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and you can support Concert Bells of Fort Worth by making a donation through the North Texas Giving Day website throughout September. Early Giving opens on September 1st.

Click on your name in the upper right and select 'My Account'.

Click on the 'Community Rewards' section.

Click on the "Enroll" button or the "Change Organization" button if you are enrolled for a different organization.

Enter the Concert Bells organization number - 81021 - Click the magnifying glass SEARCH icon.

Click on the "Enroll" button for Concert Bells of Fort Worth, Inc. to make Concert Bells the organization you wish to support.

The next screen should confirm that your Community Rewards is now connected to your account.

When shopping, use your Kroger loyalty shopper's Plus Card.
